{"id":10155,"date":"2017-09-26T20:58:13","date_gmt":"2017-09-26T20:58:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.talca.cl\/?p=10155"},"modified":"2017-09-26T20:58:13","modified_gmt":"2017-09-26T20:58:13","slug":"alcalde-de-talca-desmiente-titular-publicado-y-difundido-por-algunos-medios-locales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.talca.cl\/?p=10155","title":{"rendered":"ALCALDE DE TALCA DESMIENTE TITULAR PUBLICADO Y DIFUNDIDO POR ALGUNOS MEDIOS LOCALES"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Considerando la gravedad de los hechos, Juan Carlos D\u00edaz Avenda\u00f1o asegur\u00f3 que tomar\u00e1 acciones legales contra los medios que aseguraron que estaba decretada una orden de arresto en su contra. <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u201cDecretan arresto del alcalde de Talca por no cumplir sentencia judicial\u201d,<\/strong> ese fue el titular de informaci\u00f3n falsa que public\u00f3 Diario el Centro en la p\u00e1gina 7 de su edici\u00f3n de este martes 26 de septiembre. Falsa, pues a Juan Carlos D\u00edaz nunca se le ha decretado orden de arresto alguna, y tampoco ha desobedecido a un fallo de la Corte. Adem\u00e1s, dicho medio est\u00e1 imputando un hecho que no ha ocurrido, y una sanci\u00f3n que tampoco se ha aplicado.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Todo esto por objeto de una resoluci\u00f3n dictada el pasado 22 de septiembre de 2017, por el Tribunal de Cobranza Laboral, respecto de seis docentes dependientes del DAEM de Talca, que demandaron por tutela laboral.\u00a0\u00a0 Dicho caso ser\u00e1 regularizado de forma correcta por el municipio, tal como exige la ley ante estos casos.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Es por esto, que el alcalde Juan Carlos D\u00edaz realiz\u00f3 un punto de prensa en el frontis del municipio, expresando que <strong>\u201cdesmiento tajantemente el titular de la publicaci\u00f3n, la forma y el fondo de la noticia, pues no s\u00f3lo falta a la verdad, sino que adem\u00e1s es tendencioso y absolutamente descontextualizado. La informaci\u00f3n que entrega el titular es completamente falsa\u201d. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Es importante destacar que <strong>el Tribunal concedi\u00f3 un plazo de veinte d\u00edas<\/strong> para efectos de cumplir con los requerimientos. S\u00f3lo en caso de no cumplir, se despachar\u00eda orden de arresto por cinco d\u00edas en contra del suscrito.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Es fundamental <strong>precisar que ni los demandantes ni el Tribunal han ordenado pago alguno<\/strong>, sino s\u00f3lo la restituci\u00f3n de las horas a los docentes.
